[Resolved] OYO — hotel booking | |||||
I booked a room with Hotel Hare Rama at Allahabad and prepaid the room for 13 Feb 2019. At the hotel i made a call to the Oyo helpcenter and asked to find out if the booking is available for 14 Feb as well. Immediately the person booked 14 Feb room at an escalated price without even asking if I am willing to pay. When I raised this issue with the Oyo, they wrote an email saying they are crediting 500 Oyo money to my account for next booking. Why this cheating of booking an escalated amount room and appease client with Oyo money. My request is to refund me not through Oyo money but Indian Rupee.
