Worst service ever i have seen.i had opted for early check in and when i reached at lonavala at we were made to wait for 3.5 hrs as rooms were not available where the confirmation for early check in was confirmed by OYO and Hotel Revenier.
I had my friend who is expecting of three months and travelling whole night she was made to sit in the lobby and for which she was ill and the trip was compositely spoilt and me newly married whee we went to celebrate our holi vacation was spoilt due to Oyo and hotels false promise where we had repeatedly confirmed on our check in at 6 am and same was confirmed by hotel and details were noted down still waited for 3.5 hrs but rooms were provided which was not even clean.
i want a solution to it
