I made booking with oyo and i made payment online for stay at bangalore.
My booking id is npyb1490, while before payment i get quotation showing breakfast included but after payment they told its not and when i escalated complaint in oyo assist guest manager told that breakfast included and mention in special note but after we made check in hotel deny to serve breakfast and 2 o[censored]s made early check out and now i want refund of money of my losses
