OYO — Hotel not under oyo anymore and refund not yet credited

I made a booking for 2 rooms on oyo for 978 (for both the rooms) and already paid for it. But when I reached the place they said that they dont work under oyo anymore. So I had to cancel it and they said that the refund is successful but it hasn’t reflected in my account yet. I need the complete refund as soon as possible. The name of the hotel I booked was oyo 87360 penensula beach manor. Booking Id : DH4N0642. Mobile number under which the room was booked: [protected]. Email: ameen.[protected]@gmail.com. They also said that I’ll not be getting the complete refund since I canceled it late but I didn’t knew they no more worked under oyo and it was also showing in the app, So I need the refund of 978 as soon as possible.
