so i visited this hotel on 15th aug firstly i have paid all the booking amount prior then i entered in oyo. so receptionist said that sir you have to pay room upgrade charges because we do not let you in because booking amount was 532 something after apply discount coupons so she added 600 room upgrade charges after half an hour argument then i called oyo you cam check the call recording from [protected] this number, where i didn't get any resolution
after that i agree to add these charges after that receptionist said sir you have to pau early check in charges which is 300 at 11.00 clock u can see the cctv footage, as per oyo policy early checkin is complimentary as per my timing. although i got refund of these extra charges from social media escalation but i want a strict action towards that receptionist and owner who was using abusive words and threaten me
i want a immediate action towards that receptionist and owner who was around 25, 26 years old who insulted me in front of my friend.
