[Resolved]  OYO — I booked 2 room but on the spot I was denied and told your booking is from oyo so we will not provide any roome hotel is full

I have payed on-line for the rooms but they didn't allow to check in and denied for booking
Tere location was wrong I was calling for help but no reason very disappointed and angry
Between of mid night I was standing on rode felling helpless and scared because there was me and my sister on empty road
They didn't cancelled my room and I don't got my money back
I have call to costumer support but no response
Oyo costumer support is very poor
I want my money back that's it
