[Resolved] OYO — I made a prepaid booking but I found out that the hotel was never notified about my booking

I made a prepaid booking today where the booking attendant told me that on site payment was not available and I had to pay online. Which a did! A big mistake. Later after reaching the destination I was informed that the booking was never made and I was denied a room unless I make a payment again. I reached out to customer service of Oyo numerous times but they never solved my problem. Please I want my full refund as soon as possible.
