OYO — I need my amount refund and need compensation. | |||||
I have booked oyo for today and also done payment in advance but when i reach hotel they denied to give me a room saying that all rooms are full and when i contact to oyo customer care they said your booking is confirmed so i connect with oyo customer care executive to hotel manager, so hotel manager also denied to oyo customer care executive to give room, and then oyo executive saying i will arrange booking in another hotel for you which is 15 km far from that place so i said ok so arrange, but when i reach that hotel to take a cab and spend 200 rs then that hotel manager saying there is no electricity so we are not able to give you a room and then i again call to oyo help centre but when my call connects then executive disconnected my call and right now I am help less, i need my compensation of rs 2000 which i spend and waste my time an undergo a very difficult situation in summer. #oyo #cheater Hi Sahil Pasrija OYO 26610 Royal Town, booking id - KZAX9327. - this is first hotel which i booked and done advance payment of Rs 1201 Hi Sahil Pasrija, booking ID: AKWN9024 is on hold.
