[Resolved] OYO — I want to register a complaint against oyo rooms

We actually booked the oyo hotel room for 3 nights a month ago and when we reached the hotel they said that they are no more tied up with oyo anymore
Booking is done in manali from delhi
Most importantly they when actually caught they put the phone call on hold
They have taken the whole amount from us online and then they backed out
This kind of fraud they are doing which was not expected
And i want to file a case against them
Strictly and strict actions should be taken
This is ridiculous.
