[Resolved]  OYO — Issue of refund.

I have booked a hotel on 29 july 2022 for which i have already paid but the property had charged an extra amount of rs 1000.
I have provided the bill to the company for which the refund have been initiated on 4th August but i have not yet received any amount in my bank account.
I have called more than 15 times to customer care but they put me on hold for more than half an hour.
