OYO — Money deducted but oyo is denying of payment received also showed me failed status

On Dec 12 2019 i paid to Oyo rooms and it got my money deducted and this happend 3 times and showed me a failed status.
Unitill today 27-09-21 it is not resolved.
total amount was 5k
