OYO — Money deducted from bank account but booking not confirmed and no Booking ID from OYO

Booked an oyo room through the oyo app and paid through UPI transaction.
Money was deducted but booking was not confirmed, and I did not even receive any booking ID .
Tried calling the customer care, talked to around 5 executives, they just put the call on hold and waste the time, this is highly unprofessional.
Please look into this
