OYO — money deducted it's been 15 days not refunded.

I have booked a room and payment went through and room was not confirmed understandable, they asked me to wait 7-14 days i have waited now when i call them they say to wait 14 days again as there is some technical error. The payment made by me was 1097rs on july 7th and the booking id is "skam7261", i have even suggested them to refund them oyo ruppe i thought my be that would be better and i would get instant, but they told ven that was impossible.

Worst experience last 5 time hotel denied check-in by saying oyo not paying us,

I paid online payment now customer care making excuses no body care about are money,

Please do something or pack your bag and shut the oyo [censored]
