I have booked 2 single rooms in a hotel for 3/02/2021(1day) via oyo app as briefed below:
Hotel name: HOTEL SHEELA
Oyo number:OYO 70297
place. :ROHTAK, Haryana
Time. :4:43pm on 02/02/2021
Type of room : Classic 2X
Amount deducted: 1127 Rupees
Neither did I get any booking confirmation or booking id nor did I get any phone number to call directly to hotel and confirm
Call the customer care and they responded very irresponsibly. I called three times in [protected](customer care number of oyo) and pressed 1 and 2 as per automatic directions but there was no use
When I pressed 1 and some lady took phone only to inform that you press 2. They were not even ready to hear what we want to tell.
Eventually when I called same number and pressed 2, -automatic reply was that there is no upcoming booking on this number
Where is my money ?
where is the room?
I got a call from booking department of oyo offering me a fresh
booking of same rooms at an elevated price of 1800/- !!!
When I rejected to pay again a nee amount they asked to contact again in [protected] and press 2 again! Looks like kind of peek-a-boo game with no explannation for money that I lost
