OYO — money not refunded | |
Hi, I have booked two rooms in bidar by Oyo rooms but we didn't get service from that hotel. I booked hotel by Oyo application with booking I'd - LEOI8506 Hotel name- new venkateswara lodge Date- 3-August-2019 to 4-Aug-2019 When we reached the hotel at 10pm on 3rd August hotel management denied to give rooms. They said now there is no agriment between Oyo and hotel sps. Then I booked rooms by counter and tried to call oyo customer service but there is no response from them. I paid money by debit card but don't know how to get my money back. Kindly please respond to my request...thank you 😊 Was this information helpful? | |
