Sir I booked a room on oyo in hotel Alishah, Nagpur on 24th December 2021 and I prepaid the amount.After entering the room I disliked the room and called customer care of oyo to cancel my booking and for refund.They said the refund will be in 24 hours but still I didn't get my money back.
