OYO — My hotel booking automatically cancelled and full amount paid was charged as cancellation charges

I have booked a hotel in pondichery OYO HOMES 78551 Seashore Residency on 19/06/2022 to 20/06/2022. My booking jas been automatically cancelled and my entire booking amount of Rs.1539/- has been charged as cancelltion charges. I have not made any cancellation and also try to reach customer care they put call on hold for more than 30 minutes and disconnect the call.
