This complaint is regarding our stay in nirmala palace hotel, kolkata on march12 and 13, 2020 booked through oyo.
We had our belongings left in the hotel room on march 12th and went out on a work and we asked them to clean the room. After our return we found that room was not at all cleaned and we found that our belongings were missing. Upon questioning the receptionist we got the response stating that they thrown it in dustbin and there was not even a sign of apology from them. We asked them to check for it where they thrown it but they didnt care to check it and never gave us any further response. And for our further questions there was no response from them.
Breakfast which is said complimentary wasnt provided, towel wasnt changed, heater and tv wasnt working. None of these things were taken care of even after complaint. When we questioned these their response was very rude towards us. Was this information helpful? |
