My booking Id EXKH4522 via OYO at O 19145 Martin's Inn at Arnala, Virar west
I enquired about the bookings and room availability on 25th and OYO comfirmed that the rooms are available and also said they're giving me an offer...
I did the booking via OYO on 26th for 26th checkin and 27th checkout
I reached the hotel at 11:50pm at night and the hotel was Sold out for a wedding
I had no rooms whatsoever so late night and i had to stay on road half time while I could check other hotels
The hotel was at remote location with no transport
I called OYO customer service and their services was soooo poor that I will never imagine to book with OYO ever again
They kept on transferring me from person to person and the advisors were not helpful... The moment I objected they disconnected the call with no resolution. I was given a refund that too upon requesting the refund.
They denied giving me a compensation for all the inconvenience caused that too so late night especially being a girl is very unsafe
Very disappointed with OYO
Worst company and customer service ever
