[Resolved]  OYO — Not being able to cancel my booking

I made a booking through the OYO booking service number for 8/12/2022 vide booking id F91Q7402. After calling the reception and being told that I the rooms have been booked already and I wont be able to get one, i decided to cancel my booking for which i had already paid in full. I am trying to cancel my booking but the website shows that there is an error in fetching the details of my bookings and calling the customer care has been of no use because i either get told that this can not be resolved by the "Booking team" or an automated voice tells me that i can not modify my order because of the coupon used. I just need my money back without having to make 12 calls in a span of 1 hour.
