My booking ID is UKYO8117. I have booked a hotel for 3 Sept. They said they didn't tied up with Oyo. And I asked for a refund. Still i haven't got my refund. Its been around 3 months. I am Continuously calling customer service. And there's no proper response. Highly disappointed with the service.

      I have completed a transaction through oyo and completed the payment as the money has been debited from my bank account and the booking has shown to be confirmed even. but when i cancelled the booking, it is showing payment failed and that my payment hasn't been recieved.
      i have lost rs994 because of this scam

        I booked Hotel Krishna 700 oyo, Nagpur for ₹601 on 29 nov 2022 through oyo app but when i went to the property they said you have to give ₹1500 in total, then only they will provide hotel which i think so is clearly deficiency in service as well as fraud with customer. I immediately called to oyo customer support but instead of solving the problem they were trying to convince me to shift on some other property. Oyo really need to solve this problem as this problem has became common for all the customers.

          After that i called hotel they denied my booking they said they sold out
          Then i called oyo 12 times asked for refund
          They continue disconected call doing fraud
          They mentally harresd till 4 hours
          Then i canceld from app they shoing refund successful but i hv not received money
          I want my money so i can book another

            I was denied check-in for my booking (NSQQ3413). Hence the OYO support team cancelled the booking and refund was initiated but I received on partial amount on my credit card. So, the team again initiated a manual refund to my bank account on Nov 6 th but even after 20 days the amount was not credited. The ticket was closed and when I try the call support [protected] they are simply keeping me on hold and disconnecting my call. Below is the email evidence I got for the refund confirmation from OYO side.

              I am getting continuous bookings on my WhatsApp number that I haven't made from Oyo. On contacting the hotel (sunroof residency, faridabad), the staff abuses and threatens. Customer support doesn't provide any help. I am concerned that someone may use my contact details for inappropriate tasks that may compromise my safety.

                I booked a oyo room and later on cancelled it because of hotel staff asking for more money for early checkin which is capped at max 30% as informed before by oyo team and hotel staff was behaving rudely and not listening. As per policy we can cancel the booking and get full refund.So I cancelled the booking.After cancellation I didn't recieved my money back. Tried reaching out to customer care and ticked was raised with assurance that within 14 days money will be refunded.

                But after 14 days still didn't get my money back. customer care keep putting call on hold. Tried reaching multiple times but not getting any resolution.

                  Refund - Not giving back and very poor customer Service

                  OYO one of the worst service provider and making customer frustrated.

                  For my Refund, I have been chasing from 10 days and they are not responding and keeping the call for long hours and then disconnecting.

                  I request you to take necessary action to make sure they are not playing with customer and their families

                      I have booked and stayed in Oyo booking hotel for 6 days, before checking in I have been asked to pay extra amount due to escalation, i contacted customer service centre and they said either I can choose different hotel or stay in the same hotel paying extra money, after i checkout I have to give them the receipt and I will get refund for the extra amount, after checked out i gave them my bank details and receipt, but they ignored, I have called the customer service around 15, 20 times everytime they are saying that they will connect me to service team sometimes to refund team or higher authority, but everytime my call is getting disconnected. my refund has not been initiated yet.its been 3 months.

                        On November 19, 2022 I made a payment of Rs. 754/- to OYO hotels for booking a Hotel Room. However, No Booking ID was generated and No Booking Reference was given. I brought this issue to the notice of OYO Authorities by sharing the Payment Screenshot and Bank Statement showing that the amount has been successfully credited to OYO Axis Bank Account.
                        I spoke to my bank and even they confirmed the same that the payment has been credited to OYO.
                        I persistently called upon OYO authorities over calls and mails to redress my issue and refund the amount. But to no avail, I did not get any proper response and each time they asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs. Even after that duration, I did not recieve any response from them.

                          This is regarding a complaint on the booking and refund issue. I have booked 1 rooms for the following days on 23rd NOV 2022 through OYO. Since my booking was confirm I reached on 24th called the property owner and they informed me that they have no confirmation from oyo regarding room booking So the booking was cancel and got a message that the refund is initiated from OYO executive. Kindly refund me the money as soon as possible as I need to make other arrangements.

                            I booked OYO room on 28/11/2022 in Aavas Inn Paradise, Mysore-570001 and I paid Rs 1823/- amount through phone pay to oyo.
                            and Booking got confirmed and i visited the hotel and receptionist said that "Local ID is not allowed" so that is reason i have canceled the booking and next i called to OYO agent he said within 24hrs you will get refund and still I did not receive any amount from OYO so please kindly I'm requesting you people help me on this refund amount.

                                  I have booked room through Oyo room in Puri for 09.11.2022 by the way of GPay for amount of Rs. 4026/- After booking I have got message from Oyo that due to unavoidable circumstances rooms not available on 09.11.2022. I have cancelled that booking on same day but till date (20 days later) I have not received my refund. I have tried several time to Oyo customer care number but they transferred call another helpline number. Some time they hold my call or disconnect. Kindly resolve my issue.

                                        My name is Abu hesham and I had booked an Oyo room on the night of 24th November till 26th Nov Morning - in Nagpur by phone through an Oyo agent
                                        - room was suggested by the Oyo agent - Agent informed that booking will be done only if I make the payment initially.

                                        - Hotel was booked for 2 Days near the airport which is 8 kms far from the initial hotel I had requested.
                                        The agent assured me that this is a closeby hotel to the initial hotel I had requested which was about 3 kms.

                                        - I contacted OYO customer care about 6 times when I actually saw the distance of the hotel to cancel the booking and each time they kept my phone
                                        on long holds telling it' ll be transferred to the service desk and would disconnect the call everytime.

                                        - I finally gave up as it was getting late at night and decided to travel to the hotel to get a place to sleep atleast.

                                        - I reached the hotel somehow by hitchhiking, walking half the way, and not many transport options as it was late .

                                        - Once I reached the hotel, the Inn Keeper says that OYO payment is invalid and I need to pay another 800 for the night.
                                        He also said its a scam by OYO and they have complained OYO to remove the discounted price from the website but OYO is not doing anything.

                                        - I pleaded with them but they asked me to contact OYO - I tried calling again twice or thrice but it was the same - long hold and call disconnect.

                                        - I decided to raise this by Twitter instead, and after a couple of tweets - I got a call from OYO ( female agent) that they need to speak to the property owner.

                                        - No response after that for 1 hour. Inn Keeper meanwhile asks me to leave - but due to severe headache and body pain - I couldn't move from the lobby
                                        ( I was sitting on the couch) and told him that OYO is checking.

                                        - I got the second call from OYO ( same female agent) that they can offer me 3 more hotels that are close by or refund my amount or ask the property owner of
                                        Prithvi Inn to give me a room and adjust me in the booked room for the same amount paid.
                                        I asked for refund but the agent convinced me that It will be taken care of. Please stay put as she still needs to check booking status on the close by hotels.

                                        - No response after this conversation. I was so tired that I dozed off on the couch.

                                        - The inn keeper finally allowed me on the couch and he woke me up after sometime and asked for my ID - I shared a picture on his watsapp - his point seemed valid as
                                        he cannot let a complete stranger on the couch.

                                        - I wake up at 5 am and get out of the hotel and on my way and put a post to OYO on twitter as well at 5 am .

                                        - I get a call around 8.30am - 25th November - from OYO and I repeated the same thing again and asked for an apology and a refund.
                                        The agent informs me that the hotel has marked me as checked in and they can address my grievance only after they mark checkout.
                                        I informed them that I was never provided any room and the innkeeper has scammed me and marked me as Checked in.

                                        - However, I contacted the Innkeeper that afternoon - 25th Nov - and asked him to mark me check out from the hotel that day itself - He agreed.

                                        - No contact from OYO until now. Highly disappointed and anticipating a stupid and illogical reply from OYO - let's see, I ll keep you all posted.

                                        Expectations from OYO :
                                        Apology.
                                        Full refund and compensation for the inconvenience.
                                        Remove the falsely advertised rates from the websites or blacklist the hotel.
                                        OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
