[Resolved] OYO — not getting refund

As per discussion with oyo customer care, i was informed that the amount will be refunded within 7-14 working days, butits been more than a month and still i haven't got the refund. I have called several times on their customer care number and also mailed them 4-5 times, and still no result.
Kindly have a look into this matter.
