I had a booking on your property from 3rd sep to 7th Sep and during checkout time the property owner was not providing the Tax Invoice copy and told me to contact the OYO / Agoda team.
I had tried to reach out to OYO through the app / service dept but not able to get the invoice copy.
There was an healthy discussion done between Agoda team with their Manager, he assure to provide the invoice copy but negative response was found when interact directly to OYO through mail.
They are tied up with the property and make the booking, but at the end the property was charging additional amount from the customer and not provide the invoice copy to the customer . Though it was escalated to the OYO team, they only passing the ball from payment gateway site.
Even though they have the details, they only denied the customer citing the payment gateway base like their tie up property owners. Was this information helpful? |
