OYO — Not received refund

On[protected] i was booked a room through oyo paid in advance via app but on that time room was not available i reached oyo customer service they said that refund money within 14 days they raised ticket Ticket ID: [protected] and my
Booking ID: IFQW4353 still now I didn’t recieved any amount through oyo please refund my money back amount : 860.96 Rs/-
