OYO — Not refund

I had done a prepaid booking from oyo app for a hotel in mumbai. I was denied checkin as the hotel staff said they had not received payment from the oyo company. I filed a complained in the customer care . I tried calling them several times but none of them responded and were behaving badly. Its been a month since the amount is stuck. Please help me. I am attaching my details below.
