[Resolved] OYO — Not refunded my money | |||||
I Am Raghvendra Singh resident of kanpur booked a hotel through Oyo app (booking id RLIE7992 )due to some reason I cancelled and I cancellation is done atleast prior 14 days of check-in date so according to norms I shall get full amount refund and from their side it is said that amount is refunded as showing in app but It is not reflected in my bank they wasted a lot of my time but no body ever connected of refund department . I am totally disappointed with the act they are doing hope that everyone else should be carefull as these days fraud is done by reputed also. nobody is there to help you out.
