I made 2 hotel bookings for the date 14-08-22.I got a call from hotel and they told me, due to some issue your booking was cancelled.so after that I called to customer care and asked to refund my amount.Many time i called to customer care.They put me on hold for more time and finally they disconnected my call.Really iam very much frustrated with Oyo customer care behaviour.Please refund my amount. OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Please give us an opportunity to get this resolved on priority. ~Team OYO Sep 03, 2022 Updated by Manyam Srinivas Till now my amount was not refunded for booking ID P57R5715 and ID I55Y024 which I made booking in OYO. I got a mail stating that with in 7 to 14 working days you amount will be credited.But more than 20 days happened, till now amount was not credited.This is very bad experience with OYO, really frustrating.
