We have booked 4 rooms in OYO 88808 Raghunath Palace (Puri, odisha) for the dates 28-Dec-2022 to 31-Dec-2022 .
We received a call from OYO one day prior our visit saying that they are cancelling our booking from their end, without our consent.
We have repeatedly asked them to not do this as there is no availability of hotels nearby but they are not responding and not picking the call as well. We already paid the booking amount.
