Initially, I had booked the hotel room for only 2 days and thought to go with early check-in at 6 am and I am fine with a 30% charge. As I check with the manager, he refused to provide early check-in. So I left with no choice and canceled the two days booking and booked the hotel for 3 days. If I can book for 3days, then why it is not possible for early check-in. It is clear that Hotel Management is pushed me to book for 3 days. I have raised several tickets, but still Oyo is not resolved and I feel Oyo is encouraging this behavior. Take strict action against hotel management or refund 70% of the money for booking 3rd-day booking(30% standard charges for early check-in).
