OYO — Oyo hotel charging extra during checkin

I booked a hotel from oyo and when I reached the hotel, they asked me my booking ID, and instantly asked for 500 extra, I already paid the full amount still he said you can contact oyo, it is only 70% you paid, I checked the booking and no where it is written that it is 70%.I tried calling oyo number of times and yet no response as usual. Finally I paid extra to get the room. Nover gonna book via oyo again.
