I made a booking today. Oyo started giving an option due to Covid to pay some online and rest you can pay at hotel. I did that today. The money was taken from my bank. I can send a screenshot if you want of my bank statement. I cancelled the booking within 15 minutes. Rs 168 was taken payment successful booking confirmed but after cancellation I did not get the money back. When I started an online chat, they said refund cannot be given. I want to know why? I cancelled right then within 15 mins. Oyo can just take the money they never refunds the money. Never.
