And a staff member was so rude. He said to us that yes i gave you guys bad rooms intentionally and i wont change your rooms. You can do whatever you want to. This is how badly we were treated. I use to recommend people to go for oyo hotels but after this experience i wont even think to suggest any one to go for oyo if my issues are not resolved. No guest should be treated like these ever. They are there to give us service and not to be rude to us. i been a regular customer of oyo for years and first time i had this level of experience. I need assurance that no one would be treated like this ever.
