I booked hotel on 11 july but during the check in the hotel denied the check in and made me paid extra amount. I had paid amount of 740rs extra. After complaining on oyo customer care they assured me that I will get refund of the amount. For that I have given the bill of the hotel. In the response of the complaint they have sent me the confirmation mail stating that i will get my refund amount within 7 to 14 days and still haven't received it. I have attached the bill here also mentioned that I have paid 740rs in cash. And I have also attached the confirmation mail the oyo support also.
