Hi, im getting restless on this issue, u need to understand how much im traumatized due to this issue, that im writing a complaint almost after 1 month after the issue happened. I had booked 2 rooms through oyo in a hotel called oyo ashirwad comforts, kalasa, karnataka 1week prior my stay. After reaching there they denied the check-in and asked me to pay triple amount and when i asked that they vl get the booking list and can cancel the rooms immediately after booking, the manager started abusing me and said do what ever u want, i wont give rooms, at which point he literally called me a # infront of my family and other staff over there.. And i had to shut my mouth and walk away as they started being more abusive. When i informed the same to oyo.. I was not given refund and they started calling me every day to ask what happened and i had to explain them more than 8 times and i understood they r not going to give myoney back and are going to waste my time and traumatize me by asking it for more times.. It hurts
