[Resolved]  OYO — Payment get deducted but booking I'd did not get generated

I have booked oyo room through oyo application for 3days from 13th to 16th Dec 2021 for Rs. 3230. The amount got deducted from my bank account and booking if not generated.
My registered number [protected].
I have the payment details also.

Kindly resolve the issue. And help with the customer booking id or else help with the refund.

Request you to consider it urgent and help us ASAP.

It's been 3 days from the date of error occurred. But we didn't get any refund. We tried to call oyo customer care . We got a reply that the payment is not received where as payment deducted from my bank and screenshot has already shared for the same. And from customer support, it is getting forwarded from person to person but we are not getting any solution.

Kindly help us ASAP.
