One of the pathetic service by oyo, i have 4 advanced book payment of oyo properties, in all, i am facing pending issues such as chekin denied by the hotel, money is not refunded, oyo people not answering calls, ground team cancel the booking without letting customers, illegally cut cancellation charges, call is disconnected continuously, nobody takes responsibility and ready to solve problems. And interestingly now, serious allegations now - senior management either guest exp. Manager or higher-level staff manipulating data entrees on existing booking for safe side play, beware oyo is failed here, you will lose money as customers and denied chk in - and even on the last day, they cancel they property without shifting and no resolution. Please take note oyo ceo ritesh agrawal.. Oyo failed to deliver in india now started looting customer money..
