I did oyo booking
20-22 November - MVQE5342 -Jagruti
22-25 November- D8373226 - Himani
Both booking were at same hotel
The 1st day(20 nov) when I checked in Room was horrible, pipes and sealing were open, broked furniture and it was looking like some cameras are also present. Along with that in reception area owner was drinking an alcohol.
So within 2 hours I left that hotel, and canceled my 2nd booking as well which was for same hotel from 22-25th. I am trying to register complaint, but oyo customer care see below 3 times mentioned that they will register complaint and will give me whole refund. But they cut down my call whole 3 times after 15 minutes.
May I know what Kind of service Oyo is providing to single women in india who is travelling alone. What safety they are carrying. I should get my total refund for whole 5 days as early as possible.
Also please check who was there in a call whole 3 times from customer service line, if this is the approach from your end then this is so unacceptable.
I hope you will take action on this.
