Yet not received any update from your side. I am proud to be part of Oyo rooms. I have been associated with Oyo for 6 years. However, the first time I am facing big challenges with Oyo for a refund amount which is only R/s 4649. So, I am requesting you to please refund the amount on my account. I booked the hotel for the 10th of June 2022 at Sri Nagar for one night with 4 adults. The second booking is from 12th June 2022 to 14th June 2022 at Leh Ladakh. And the third booking is on the 17th of June 2022 for one night with 4 adults at Leh Ladakh. However, I am facing all places for staying due to oyo services being suspended with the hotel. No one ready to provide the hotel at that time. So I am requesting you to please refund my amount so that I can book another hotel. If you are not raising any complaints after this email I will escalate to the consumer forum for this issue. Your service is very poor. I never book any hotel from Oyo. I am facing very trouble with Oyo. It is one kind of fraud. Payment is deducted but hotel not book and no one ready to provide the hotel.
