I booked two rooms at oyo 22039 hotel bkc grand in mumbai through your customer care. You advised me to pay rs 10822.00 in advance otherwise my booking will be cancelled. I therefore made the payment in advance and went to hotel for check in. But the hotel authority denied getting me check in rather harass me as i paid the payment to oyo. At the time validity period of my mobile no [protected] which is registered at oyo was expired and contacted oyo customer care[protected] from different mobile no (Of hotel authority). And explained the matter to you and asked them to cancel the booking with full refund. Afterward i recharged my mobile and again contacted your customer care[protected]. They assured me to refund full amount rs 10822. However i have not received the amount till date. Screenshot of my booking is attached for your information. Please solve the matter at the earliest otherwise i will have to bring the matter to pmo as i donot know your controlling authority.
All the booking records are not seen at my app. This is not fair. Please explain why you have deleted some of them.
You are also requested not to harass customer such way. Please solve the matter in between you and hotel authority and then go for booking. I also request you to reject hotel bkc grand as they took the opportunity of my helpless situation and bound me to make payment again for lodging at their hotel. Behaviour of the hotel authority is also not fair.
