[Resolved] OYO — Refund Amount for the cancelled booking
I had a payment on OYO of 1019 INR for Booking date Sept 16, 2022 - Sept 17, 2022 with Booking ID - W5T02995 Hotel OYO 80431 Diamond In, Kakkanad. While reaching the hotel, owner was telling that no rooms are available & all are occupied. And he also suggested to cancel the booking for the refund amount. I am attaching a snapshot of the booking details here with the mail.
The refund amount for the booking has not been received yet. I have contacted the customer care of oyo many times. They have not solved my issue, and they are just trying to fool us by telling us that they are transferring telephone calls to the management team. Even though I have waited for minutes, I couldn't get anyone from your responsible team. I am completely unsatisfied with OYO services. Please credit my refund amount as soon as possible, otherways i have to move legally.
