[Resolved] OYO — Refund amount not credited to my bank account

I have cancelled my booking bearing id - SI598925 but my refund amount is credited OYO rupee account. Whereas I did payment from through UPI likewise the refund should be credited to same payment source. Very bad experience with OYO customer service they are mentioning we can't help we are from booking department. It can be resolved if OYO send refund amount to same payment source or my bank account.

Updated by jugal1962 PFA image this proof of payment sucessful to oyo rooms and glance next snap which shows the amount in oyo rupee wallet till today.
