I have booked a hotel through OYO for a family vacation in Goa from 12 apr 2022 to 16 apr 2022 but after reaching their i has came to my notice that hotel has closed it's operation and they refused us to check in. So i asked for refund but they refused, so I canceled my booking calling customer care and customer care assured us that refund is initiated and the money will be refund within 10 days but till date i have not received any refund. Kindly look into the matter.
