I was staying with Oyo life property in Saligramam CHN 1028 property .Oyo has sent a mail and massage to all tenants on May 31 st 2022 that they have raised that move out request without our knowledge that we should move immediately.The suggestions Oyo given were not convenient to move .When we enquire with the property manager regarding this.He replied us like the tie up between oyo and owner has been ended up..We are not responsible for the deposit amount and they are not ready tlet us live there for a month and deduct that deposit amount..So again we paid this month rent ..Till now the deposit amount has not been credited in my account.tEven after constant communication with oyo customer support the deposit is not received in my account.Oyo sent mail and no response from their side. .I want to complaint against Oyo for the inhuman behaviour to female customer, irresponsible way of functioning by not refunding the amount. Causing troubles, mental pressure and wasting my valuable time on this refund process
