[Resolved]  OYO — Refund amount pending

Booking id LE530540.

The booking id I cancelled on 11th March, they said tha amount will be refunded within 72 hours but I haven't received any amount till now.

When i call the costumer service number they are simply keeping me in hold and cut my call everytime .they are not giving any proper response.

I am attaching the mail I received on the I cancelled the booking .
I need the refund as soon as possible.
