I booked a oyo room via phone call[protected] he told me that there's a hotel named OYO 8678 Golden Nest in versova, near jankidevi public school. he asked me to pay minimum price of 120₹ to confirm booking and i rest i have to pay at hotel. i paid the amount then he told me that he's going to disconnect the call and call me again. i said ok. then i got a email of OYO that my booking is confirmed but when i checked the address i saw its not in versova its in chakala. i cancelled my booking and OYO didn't refunded me money. because they had condition that they will refund only if we cancel before 9 o clock. i called OYO customer care they refused to refund.
