I booked a room at OYO 84831 Hotel Royal Inn And Restaurant on 10 March with Booking ID: QILG9178. On calling, the Property owner denied me entry citing local ID. However, the property guest policy on the app vividly says that 'Guests other than Srinagar city with valid proofs are welcome'. Since I am not from Srinagar and I am from Baramulla and I deserve to be respected and given an entry.
I canceled the booking and sought a refund for the same. However, the OYO executive denied me the same. I am raising this grievance in your office to make OYO company accountable how can they do this and cause irritation to people like me. OYO company not only violated Public Service Gurantee Act but also the Citizen Charter.
