Hotel - Spot on 67398 Hotel Shree Pawan Paradise
Subject- Refund didn't initiated
I am Govind, recently I booked a hotel name "spot on 67398 shree pawan paradise" for 1 feb to 7 feb 2022 from oyo at bangalore. But I did early checkout due worse condition of room at 2 feb before 10:30 am, after consulting the oyo management. Due some error hotel was unable to mark checkout, after consulting oyo management, they said me to call after my checkout date for refund but was unable to connect with them. After sending complaint by website I got a call back at 9feb telling my refund will be initiated within the 7-14 days, but it's been more than a month and I am not getting listened.
I have tried many times contacting oyo management for my refund issue by your app, mails, calls, and website too but am not got my refund yet neither getting response! Due that Am forced to take legal actions against this, if my issue continues for some more days I will be forced to seek for legal actions to get my refund back.
Well I wasn't expecting that to happen but due the poor customer service am seeking to get help through legal action, if nothing works.
I just want my money back, please seek into this!
