[Resolved]  OYO — Refund didn't received

It's bad to see the worse customer service of company like Oyo, I did booking of hotel for 6 nights at bangalore booking id- A78E4377 by Oyo but when I did checkin I found that hotel room in worse condition that I made checkout in next day after consulting the oyo management and found other hotel to stay for rest days, but due that my tour plan got and other day(2feb) got spoiled!
It's been 22 days from my checkout day and 14 days from when I got mail about my refund amount telling will take 7-14 days to get refunded. Today is the 14th day and still I didn't got my money back, due this am facing the trouble due finance. It is the worse experience I had with Oyo for hotel as well as for the customer support and refund!
Now am feeling like was it a mistake to trust Oyo for my booking?
Pls look into it! Don't break the trust customers like me do!
