OYO — Refund for extra amount charged at the hotel
On 12th of July 2022 I have booked a hotel for rs 992 but after I reached the hotel the receptionist denied check in giving reason of low tariff charged by Oyo after that I made the payment which was asked by the hotel to check in.
I called Oyo customer care they assured me that the extra amount which i paid to the hotel will get refunded after I submit the bill. next day on 13th July I checked out and summited the bill to Oyo via there mail id they assured me refund of 2382 rs which was the extra amount I paid will be credited within 7 to 14 days but it has been 22 days and I haven't received any refund. I have called there customer care department 30 to 40 times and every time I connect they ask me to connect to customer service department and when they transfer my call to the service department the calls goes to IVR and from there even after entering the right number which IVR asks for the call does not connect to the service department.
I have been very much frustrated with there service.
