[Resolved]  OYO — Refund for my double booking

I've issued a refund for my double booking as I mistakenly booked for consecutive days ..i knew that I booked for the previous dates when I reached the hotel only ...I called the customer care and they said the refund will be initiated once j check out of the hotel ...but still I haven't received my refund amount
Please help me get through this problem

They called me back and assigned me proper care and made me process my refund... I'm yet to get my refund in 7-14 refund days

It now says that my refund has been failed and I havent received my refund yet please help me with this

They said that the refund process has been initiated but now when I saw the status of the refund it says it's has been failed
If I call to customer care no one is attending the calls too
